My sessions with my trainer begin on Monday. Because of this, I feel as if I am enjoying my last week of eating freedom and I’ve been eating those really bad for you diet foods that I know I shouldn`t but I`m eating it because I know that I wont for a very long time. c. TOTAL WEIGHT LOST: 90 LBS
2. Short-Term goals
a. February 14: lose 20 lbs for a weight of 210.
b. May 14: lose 20 lbs for a weight of 190.
c. August 23: lose 20 lbs for a weight of 170.
d. November 23: lose 30 lbs for a weight of 140.
