Breakfast - 1/2 an apple Lunch - bowl of vegetable soup - 1/2 an egg - 1 piece of bacon Snack - vegetables in black bean sauce - 1/2 a turtle chocolate (ha its something) - 1 fried meatball Dinner - turkey - mashed potatos - stuffing - peppers - rapini (Small portions of each) Workout - body pump (weight and strength training class) - 20 mins eliptical
