- bowl of vegetable soup
- 1/2 an egg
- 1 piece of bacon
Snack
- vegetables in black bean sauce
- 1/2 a turtle chocolate (ha its something)
- 1 fried meatball
Dinner
- turkey
- mashed potatos
- stuffing
- peppers
- rapini
(Small portions of each)
Workout
- body pump (weight and strength training class)
- 20 mins eliptical
Merry Christmas everyone :). I can’t wait to not worry about what I’m eating for 2 days and just enjoy my time with friends and family.

Reasons that Natalie (currently) loves life
- It’s my first day at my new job! I am a publicity and promotions coordinator at the place I did an internship and i am so happy. I also feel ridiculously important. - I am seeing the #s go down on the scale for the first time in a LONG time - my jeans are too big. size 10’s here I come! - I am almost done my xmas shopping! - I have a work event after work that I can’t...

- 1 hour of body pump!
Sorry i’ve been MIA lately but I am in a really shitty place with my weight loss. I haven’t lost weight in like a month and I feel huge and disgusting and I’m just so blah. You would think losing 50 pounds would make me more secure but I feel Like I’m even more insecure now.
I’ve been working out and eating right and the pounds are not going anywhere.
