Ate great all day but tonight went by in a blur of friends and chips. Temporary relapse but I feel so gross that it won’t happen for a long, long time. I remember now why I don’t eat that shit anymore.
Tomorrow is a new day! And it will consist of on-point eating and working out (100 challenge, here I come!)

I need some serious Fitblr advice.
When i first started on my weight loss journey, i got a personal trainer. Hands down, he was the greatest thing that i could have done to kick-start my weight loss. We got along great and he really pushed me. I saw results and i was loving life.
When i finished with him at the end of august, I had gone from 225 pounds to 189 pounds.
Since i stopped working with him, i have lost 20 pounds. ...
