The day started off good…
Breakfast
- granola bar
- yogurt w granola
Lunch
- pulled pork on a whole wheat bun
Snack
- pineapple and strawberries
Dinner
- Spinach feta wrap
- banana
And then it went bad…
- small Wendy’s chili
- spicy chicken wrap
- 3 mini chocolate bars
- a bunch of cheesies
I made the really stupid decision of smoking a lot of Mary Jane tonight and the munches got the best of me. At least I did a brutal spin class where I sweat out at least 800 calories. Hopefully they balanced each other out. Oy. Tomorrow will be better.
