This is the story of a girl who has been overweight her entire life. She has always fronted like she was okay with it, until now. She has finally said enough is enough. She is working towards a goal weight of 140. And she will reach it.

Getting in the door the first time is the hardest part... just remember that they WILL scale it for you and just remember if even the fittest people there aren't grunting and cussing at the end of a WOD they probably aren't pushing themselves like they should. Can't wait to read about your CrossFitting experience!

Thank you so much for the message! I know that most of the battle is actually getting there, I’m just so nervous. As much as I KNOW I shouldn’t care what people think of me or what I’m doing, I do and it’s been hard to change this mindset. I had to cancel on Monday because I was sick, but I plan on going next week. I’ll be sure to blog all about it!
